Art of Touch Massage

 This  technique is used to release chronic patterns of muscular tension,  applying direct and deeper pressure to the muscle. It allows the therapist to work on specific problem areas. 

 

 Swedish  massage is the most common form of massage. Long, gliding strokes,  kneading, and vibration friction and percussion techniques on the more  superficial layers of muscles. 
 

 Deep  Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles, and Swedish massage is  incredibly therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen  levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body. This massage  is beneficial for athletes as well as for those who sit for long  periods.
